All deposit rent must be paid prior to student's arrival to Australia. For onshore student, please contact your local Brightannica office or call +61 414 163062 for all urgent matters including bookings.

For offshore student, you MUST completed the under 18th form for homestay if you are still under 18th and make sure you notified our staffs that you need that special arrangement.

Private Rental                         

You may choose to live in private rental accommodation near your campus. If necessary your International Student Adviser will assist you to find a suitable property. You should budget approximately AUD$100 - $150 per week to rent a property shared with others. Utilities and food are not included.
